Our social team uses different techniques and methods, which are nationally and or internationally, recommended for getting information to the public, getting it from the public and Exchanging information.
Also, our team has enough experience and skills in preparing the resettlement action plan (RAP). The tea is responsible for ensuring that the community, persons and assets that either is or will be affected by the proposed project are compensated and resettled by taking account all existing. Acts and regulations including the National Land Act, IFC Guidelines for preparing RAP and the World Bank Policy on involuntary Resettlement (OP 4.12).
