Developed and implemented the first Mine Closure Plan successfully in Tanzania and the region for the Golden Pride Project, located in Lusu, Nzega, Tabora, Tanzania. This included obtaining necessary approvals from internal and external entities, including government authorities. The project involved supervising mine closure works and conducting post-closure monitoring. The final scope was to relinquish the mine site back to the government, which was successfully achieved in 2017
